Frequently Asked Pricing Questions

How does the pricing work?

With Xpenditure we aim to make things simple, charging on a per user basis. All plans allow you to test drive the solution before you start (with no credit card required). Additional users can be added from within the application.

How can I pay?

Payments can be made through Visa, Mastercard and American Express and you can choose to pay on a monthly basis or annual basis. Large companies have also the option to be charged by invoice. All prices are exclusive of VAT (and other indirect taxes).

Do you charge per user or per active user?

Xpenditure charges on a per user basis. The price per user depends on the type of user (single user, team user or corporate user).  Additional information on the different pricing plans is displayed above.

Is there an additional charge e.g. per expense?

There are no additional charges for uploading expenses, receipts or statements. With Xpenditure you simply pay your subscription fee and you are free of any additional costs.

How does the fair use policy operate?

At Xpenditure we have a fair use policy, that allows users to upload up to 100 receipts and 5 statements per month. With normal usage of the software, the fair use policy will not have any impact on 99% of users.

What is the difference between the team and corporate plan?

With the team version you can sign up online. You can track, manage and follow up all expenses of your company or team and all features within Xpenditure are available. Large companies sometimes need a solution that meets their specific needs. Xpenditure’s corporate version then offers a customised solution which is designed to meet the unique requirements of larger coporates e.g. to integrate your SAP, ERP or accounting system.  The corporate tier also includes additional setup and ongoing support.

Where is my data held? Is it secure?

All data is stored in the European Union, and is stored in line with the regulations of  the European Data Protection Directive designed to protect the privacy and protection of all personal data (Directive 95/45/EC).  Data is kept for over 10 years and we back up all data across our multiple data centres.
